Application Guidelines
The SINP skilled immigration OID category requires the applicant's occupation to be in the Saskatchewan shortage occupation list and meet the SINP score standard of 60 points. The language score is slightly different from the EE category. The OID category language reaches CLB 4 to get 12 extra points. This standard does not apply to the EE category, so many applicants who cannot achieve 4 6 in IELTS can apply for immigration through this route as long as other conditions are met.
