Application Guide
The Saskatchewan nominated employer-sponsored immigration program is mainly for applicants who hold a long-term, full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer. IELTS requires at least CLB 4. Saskatchewan skilled immigrant employer offer category (International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer): This category requires applicants to hold NOC 0, A, B categories or long-term full-time job offers in designated skilled trades in Saskatchewan to achieve SINP scores 60 points (30 points can be added to the employer’s offer), this category does not require occupations in the Saskatchewan shortage occupation list.
Application conditions
1. The applicant lives outside Canada or has legal status in Canada, and is not a refugee claimant;
2. Score at least 60 points in the SINP scoring standard;
3. Have at least one year of work experience in the past ten years;
4. At least CLB 4 language proficiency, employers and professional regulatory agencies may require higher language scores;
5. If the occupation you intend to engage in is a regulated occupation or a mandatory apprenticeship category, you need to prove that you have obtained a Saskatchewan license;
6. Hold a long-term, full-time job offer in Saskatchewan, and need a valid SINP work approval letter (JAL) to prove that the job belongs to NOC 0, A, B or belongs to the designated skilled industry in Saskatchewan
